The usage licenses are assigned by computer, not by user or simultaneous use; that is, each computer where they install GEDEX requires an usage license.
In local networks, you only need usage licenses for the computers where you install GEDEX, not for your entire network.
The server computer can be used to work in GEDEX as the rest of network computers (as another GEDEX station).
The usage licenses have to be activated in each computer where GEDEX is installed and can be activated and transferred to new computers only during the months of technical support (more information).
You can purchase usage licenses for additional computers in the future, but in general, it is cheaper to acquire all the usage licenses initially than in several phases.
The characteristics may vary without prior notice, mainly those that have not been detailed in the previous table. Other features not detailed in the previous table, or future features, are not included.

With the Essentials, Regular, Jurist and Performance editions you can use GEDEX without periodic payments and without additional costs (except for new software installations, purchase of new usage licenses, activation of the software, purchase of new computers, configuration, recovery of passwords or other operations that require technical support). The Single computer and Server licenses include 6 months of technical support, the rest 3 months. You can contract support extensions when you need them, or be years without hiring them.
