The Administrator of GEDEX is the person in charge of ensuring security in the computer system. To do so he has access to restricted options. Need not be a unique figure, there can be multiple administrators of GEDEX.
GEDEX uses a unique Master Password to recognize all administrators.
If only You use the computer, You are the Administrator of GEDEX.
An administrator, as such, is able to limit (global) access to configuration options available. This will prevent unauthorized personnel from your office to rig the information, or simply damage your files, contact cards and authorized users.
To nominate a user as Administrator of GEDEX, it is only necessary to reveal him the Master Password.
To remove an old administrator from this priviledge, just set a new Master Password and reveal it to all the remaining administrators.
